Great location, close to shopping center and ton of restaurants near by.
Had to pay for overnight parking at the hotel.

Spacious and beautiful hotel. Friendly staff.

Beautifully decorated for the holidays!
Nothing, it was perfect!

We were greeted warmly, staff was wonderful. The hotel was sparkling clean and comfortable. I'd stay there anytime!

Inconvienent swimming pool and no hot tub.

I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel again, because of the lack of sports courts, pool and spa area.

The location was great.

Very nice stay especially for the price. Nice room, big bathroom, lots of great restaurants and shopping. Also has one of the nicest hotel gyms I have been to. I would definitely return.

Chain feel, not 4 star

We had late check out as a Hyatt member and were awakened twice by maids. key deactivated immediately in am and not at late check out so needed to get it reactivated for gym use. A very nice 'Chain' hotel, but certainly nothing 4 star about it. No luxury at all.

The new tower addition is very well designed.
Showers running in adjacent rooms are very loud. Poor sound insulation.

Great location. Rooms in the new tower are large and well appointed.
