Unable to get laptop to work in room or lobby.

Room was clean and hotel staff friendly. Would have liked to have been able to get laptop to work, but even when went downstairs, in front of fireplace where told was best place to get wireless still did not work. Otherwise, very nice place to stay overnight.

Clean, quiet, easy access.
Room was a double bed, burnt out light and non-working TV.

The staff was quick to make changes and repair the TV. TV wouldn't ordinarily be an issue but I was there for surgery and recovery so needed some diversion. We've stayed there before for medical reasons and found it excellent.

Rooms were not well insulated. The people in the next room and people in pool could be easily heard.

Little loud by the pool.

Centralized location close to the highway. Quiet location but the room was a little loud located next to the pool until 9:00 pm when it was closed to kids. Enjoyed our stay.

Well appointed room, quiet, convenient. We'll be back.

Excellent accommodations at a reasonable rate. Room was as nice as a Westin. Totally quiet, though right off the freeway. Great central location.

The front desk was extremely helpful in answering our questions about restaurant choices.
The pool noise was very loud and actually woke me up in the morning.

Beautiful clean rooms and comfortable beds.
No internet in the room. Modem broken and could not be fixed during my stay. Chambermaid stole my milk and cheese!

Very lovely property with a 4 star feel. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfortable.

Rooms were very nice.
No wireless internet in the room, no continental breakfast included which many hotels in the area offered.

Hotel itself was very nice. We were very close to the pool - on the second floor, and it was quite open and the noise carried. Fortunately, the pool seemed to close around 10.
