I was very impressed with the staff, had to contact them the night before and they were very helpful right from the start.
We used the pool and there was a big spider in the deep end.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I expect good friendly staff when I stay anywhere and that is exactly what the Best Western has. The hotel was quiet and in a good location off the I-5 and was convenient to the Tacoma dome, where our concert was being held. It was clean and tidy, and welcoming after a long drive.

Lack of seating during breakfast.;

Despite the lack of seating during breakfast my spouse and I agree that the room we stayed in was worth the value. The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate which offers the quick get away to Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia.

That it was right off the highway exit.
Nothing really.

Don't let the online photos scare you away. I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel is nicer than the photos represent. I feel like we got more than we paid for. It's not really fancy, but was very comfortable (well, the bed was rock-hard, but aren't all hotel beds that way?). I would probably stay here again if I were back in the area.

Heater blew right on bed - very small area.

We will go back again when staying in that area. It was clean, nicely decorated. Staff was nice.
