They upgraded my room to a quieter location.
The front door beeped loudly EVERY time it opened.
They're super friendly and made sure to give me the best available space they could. I enjoyed having a microwave
and refrigerator in my room. There's also a VCR and movies available to rent at the front desk for $3.50.

With every complaint I brought, it was quickly remedied.
It didn't have a DVD player in room or to rent.
My overall experience was good as the problems of the room smelling bad, the bathroom door didn't lock, the spa wasn't functioning properly, were fixed quickly and the clerk made sure we were comfortable.

It was clean, good location.
The hotel charged our cards twice.
We got checked in fine...told our bill was covered, but wanted our card for any extras...a usual thing. However, once we got home we discovered the hotel charged us 2 times for the week end.

Price was reasonable
Could hear noise from other rooms. Especially foot traffic in room above.
If not for the noise it would have been fine for what I needed. I checked in late and left early so ahe amenities were not considered. I probably would not choose this hotel again but I may try the brand again if available.

The hotet clerk was friendly and helpful in settling us in with restaurant recommendations.
The two genuinely friendly desk clerks and a jacuzzi that was the right temperature and the good pool that kept the cycle going. Nothing was lacking and we loved it.

Good Jacuzzi/hot tub.
Registration clerk rushed through information giving; seemed in too much of a hurry to get back to whatever she was doing in the back room.
Good spot for short stay while in Mt. St. Helens area. Quiet, despite being in a shopping center.

Good yogurt at breakfast.
Not enough staff at front desk, ran out of items at breakfast.
This is a generic, adequate hotel. It is reasonably comfortable and just what one expects at this level. I liked the do it yourself waffles, but the staff had trouble keeping the breakfast supplies stocked because the hotel was full and under-staffed.

It was quiet and close to restaurants and shopping.
Nothing.

Friendly staff, clean.
Spa was out of order, pool had no heat, breakfast was very crowded.
We were very disappointed after traveling all day that the pool was freezing and the hot tub did not work at all. Hot tub rooms were available, but the staff was unable to lower the price which seemed ridiculous. Since the public tub didn't work and it was already late in the evening. Seemed to us that they could have given us a break on that room.

It was about 3 blocks from Red Lobster.
Can't think of anything.
It was located in a quiet area. There was a lovely little pond that was a nice feature. They had a great free breakfast. My husband loved the hot tub.
