Large room and
friendly front desk staff.
No elevator, staff knocks on door at 9 a.m. to see if ready to check out, no hot chocolate available.
Arrived late at night, first room on 2nd floor with no elevator and 15 stairs to carry luggage. Asked for room on 1st floor and windows wouldn't lock so switched to upstairs and had to carry luggage to 2nd floor. No hot chocolate available in breakfast area. Staff knocked on door at 9 a.m. on Sunday to ask if I was ready to check out yet so that they could clean.

Cheep.
Old looking room. Work out room is a joke.
We only spent one night there, was a good place to sleep. My wife didn't like it. People were talking in the hall all night long into the morning and could hear them from our room. But was good stop. Big room. If you are looking for a big room and a bed this is it. If you are looking for nice and newer look this is not it.

It was clean and
great for the money.
This was great place to stay. We had to travel last minute to my grandmothers funeral. The rooms were huge. Beds were comfortable. The floor was great. Most of all the staff was great and very accommodating.

Really good complimentary breakfast & good location.
Mattresses were too hard for me personally.
Great location, good complimentary breakfast, clean, very large spacious rooms with a couch and tv that you could watch in the seating area or from the beds. Had a microwave and refrigerator that we did use.

Rooms were large and nice to have kitchen.
Hallways were smoky, though room was fine.
Being we had our dog with us ($10 extra fee), the room size was wonderful. Having the small kitchen facility was also nice for eating in and storing cold items. All was clean and nice in the room.

Nice staff, great continental breakfast and good location.
Room was a bit dated.
Generally quiet except for one train that blasted its horn during the middle of the night. Hotel could use a few updates (bedspread, newer carpeting, and linoleum) but was a pleasant place to stay. Great breakfast, nice front staff, easy check-in and check-out. Would go there again.

The room was great, met needs well
Staff was not completing check-in properly.
The hotel was good, until the next day, the staff failed to check me in properly which resulted in me being locked out of my room. I took me loosing my temp before they did the job they should have done in the first place.

Spacious room, good breakfast, friendly employees.
This was a great room! It has a nice sitting area with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast was very tasty and also nutritious. I will look for another Guesthouse International on future trips.

Exceptional courtesy from staff!
It was a great place to stay. Turned out that it was extremely convenient for shopping, and the wedding we were attending. My mom was with me, who is elderly with a walker. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I would stay there again in a Heartbeat.
