I loved the staff - they were very friendly, efficient, and resourceful.
I thought the pillows were too hard, and my comforter had its insides all bunched up in lumps.

Overall it was very good. Nice TV, nice people, coffee in the lobby, fire burning, many casual seating areas in the lobby and
staff addressed our every question quickly and accurately, clean, quiet (and there were 3 basketball teams in the hotel at the same time we were there).

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Great pool & hot tub!

The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The hotel was close to shopping areas and many eateries in the vicinity. A new Italian restaurant down the street, Bella Italiano, was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful facitlity.
Absolutely horrible bed and mattress felt 50 years old.

The hotel in general was very nice, though the room was a little lack luster for a higher priced room in the area. The bed was 100% the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It really felt as though it had been in service for 50 years. It really ruined our stay because we were unbearably uncomfortable as we tried to sleep.

It worked perfect for our family.
The pool could have been a little warmer.

Everyone that worked at the hotel was great. They were able to answer all our questions. I would stay at this hotel again.
