The receptionist want to charge me more for second bed, they gave me a room without working heater & kind of rude when I ask for another room.

The hotel has the small kitchen net but no dishes or utensils. The receptionist never at the front desk, want to charge $10 more for two beds in the room. The first room was smelled with quer smell and the heater that is not working. When I call the front desk and let them know about the not working heater, they just say OK, I will make out a work ticket. I have to say is that all you going to do. I need a room with working heater as it is 40 degree cold. I have to demand other wise they would leave me in a cold room. read more

Not much, maybe just the price.
Not very clean and the
front desk staff inexperienced.

No free internet. Difficult to find. Hard to even find the entrance once you are there. Dingy and worn. Not super clean. The curtains don't close properly, which is a problem on the first floor. They use those horrible florescent light bulbs. Anyway, it was a fine place to crash, but I was happy to leave.

I paid for internet access and it was very unpredictable. I was told it was because of bandwidth issues.

None.
Dirty and
noisy room.

Dumpy hotel, there is no way this is a 2 star hotel, I would rate this a .5 star. And they wanted $5.00 for internet service! Ridiculous.

Nothing
Very poor water preasure in bathroom.

Overall, got what I expected from a 2 star. Will never do that again. The
man at the front desk was not friendly and overall felt unwelcoming.

Wonderful staff.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was over accommodating to myself and my husband, thus leaving us with a fulfilled and satisfied trip.
