Description of Days Inn Mt Vernon
The Days Inn Mt. Vernon is located in the Skagit Valley and is surrounded by the Cascade Mountains on the east and the Olympic Mountains on the west. We are located 50 miles from the Canadian border. The area is noted as the Home of the annual International Tulip Festival, which runs during the month of April. We are 30 miles from Mount Baker and just 15 miles from the Anacortes Ferry, which provides daily service to Canada and San Juan Island. There are many golf courses and 3 great Casinos within a 10 mile radius. Mall and outlet shopping within 2 miles. Many shops and restaurants with in walking distance. The on-premise Hacienda Restaurant has a bar and is opened for lunch and dinner. Banquet & meeting rooms are available, and a seasonal outdoor pool and a huge parking area for RV or truck parking. 30 miles to scenic Deception Pass Park with bridge across the Pacific Ocean to Whidbey Island. Pets are permitted with a fee of 20.00 USD per night. read more

Poor customer service.

Before checking in we were told that there was going to be a party with music; the music was going to shut down at 10:30 pm. We were also told that they were not renting any rooms that the noise would affect. They were wrong! We made 4 calls to the front desk at 10:30 pm, 11:00 pm, 12:00 am and 1:00 am. We were moved to the opposite hall at 10:30 pm but nothing changed. Each time we were assured that someone would address the noise. Nothing was done. We could still hear the loud music until 1:15 am. If they have been honest with us from the beginning, we would have found another place to stay. The front desk was absolutely no help at all! We will never stay at another days inn again. read more

Good location, met the needs, bathroom was small but clean.

A friend and I came over for the oyster run, the weather was great and we had a very good time.

place to sleep and cheap price.
When turning on the water it was brown from rusty pipes.

It was okay. Went to restaurant and a bunch of drunk people were in their and very loud. Me and my friend had to yell at each other so we could talk. The rest people said nothing to them at all. Dinner time was very disruptive.

I loved the room layout with the large desk that I could aslo work at when I need to.

This hotel had the most friendly staff that went above and beyond my expectations. Everything that we needed they found a way to have for us. Thank you for our stay.
