Very clean and convenient location.

Everything was very satisfactory except for the elevator being temporarily out of order and we were on the 4th floor!. Not easy for a senior grandmother. There was no offer of any compensation for this big inconvenience.

The bed was too hard.

The hotel staff was nice and helped us check in very quickly. The room was comfortable, but unfortunately, the bed was not. Usually hotel beds are soft.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The fresh baked cookies in the evening were a nice treat to come back to after a long day. The breakfast was great and offered something for everyone. The area (breakfast bar) was kept clean and neat.
