Guesthouse Renton

I enjoyed the room and the location. The price was also very reasonable. However, I chose the hotel solely for the fact that they advertised having a pool. Sadly when I arrived I was informed that the pool had been drained and would not be available until after I left. I asked for a lounge chair so I could at least spend some time sunbathing,and the staff provided a small folding chair that was uncomfortable and not even padded, even though there were lounge chairs in the closed off pool area. It was not a good place to stay at.

It was hard to find the driveway into the hotel, it was tucked back behind a car dealership and convenient store, you could see the hotel but there was no clearly marked entrance. You have to turn into what looks like an apt parking lot, drive all the way through and at the end is where the hotel begins. Location was what we needed, but the hotel was nothing impressive, it was good for a quick stay but not much more. read more

For the money, this hotel was adequate.

This hotel was fairly easy to get to (although map quest directions were wrong and you have to go through a restaurant parking lot to get to it). The staff was very helpful. It was quiet and not too much freeway noise. The airport is close (maybe 10-15 minutes). The room itself was very nice. It was spacious, clean, and inviting. The price was excellent. We were surprised that the hotel was as nice as it was for the price. Would stay there again. read more
