Convenient location, nice staff.
Rooms were not the quality we had hoped for. Old beds, musty.
If you're traveling to explore Seattle, this is a good place to only sleep. It's a bit aged in the rooms.

Spacious room with view of the space needle.
Ice machine outside our room was very noisy, You can hear the conversations of the people in the next room.
Great central location with inviting lobby and friendly staff. The ice making machine was located outside our room and was noisy, especially when being used by fellow guests. The walls are very thin and you can hear the other guests, as well as quite a lot of noise from the street outside. Nice, spacious rooms but the pillows on the bed were horrible.

Close to Space Needle Area.
Close to fire station (sirens).
Okay stay. Convenient to monorail into town. Furnishings need to be updated. Several sirens from nearby fire station disturbed sleep. Breakfast lived up to expectations.

Perfect location for what we wanted. Proximity to Seattle center and the Space needle. Quick 90 second walk to the Seattle center area.
Staff was friendly, although one did not know that the famous floating houseboat community on Lake Union was only a mile away. Dirty, dimly lit, and dingy hallways on all floors. Rooms were OK, However, there was a significant amount of traffic noise, particularly emergency vehicles throughout the night.

Noisy - other guests.
Pretty much as expected. Front desk clerk at check in was terrific, however went down to check something the next day and got nothing but attitude from another clerk.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Good location to everything.
Breakfast was poorly run with long lines however food was good when you finally got it. Elevators long wait.
The hotel was very clean. Bathroom very spacious and nice, but would like additional towels. Also too... throw a couple of more additional coffee's in there. Room very clean also. The elevators were pretty slow and had to wait alot on them. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Pretty disappointed in the breakfast. Was great that it was free, but the lines were awful and took a long time to get your food. Poorly run and set up. Food was good though. Other than those things, it was overall a good stay and we would go back again. read more

It was so close to so many things. Great location
I had a fantastic experience with this hotel. The location is fabulous, with the Space Needle seen directly outside the front door. It's close to all sorts of restaurants, and within walking distance of most attractions in Seattle. Each morning there was a complimentary newspaper which I found quite nice. The air conditioner worked quite well, and came in very handy as temperatures exceeded 100 degrees. The room was exceptionally clean and the front desk service was very helpful. read more

The people were friendly, helpful, and dedicated. The view of the Space Needle was tremendous.
The restaurant needs more workers. The bartender had to wait tables for dinner.
Our stay here was great from beginning to end. We walked downtown. At night the view of the Seattle arches and Space Needle were wonderful. The employees were terrific. We would like to stay here again when we return to this area.
