Gloomy lighting and colorless room.
Good business hotel. Nice touch having a computer dedicated to airline information right in lobby. I liked the free internet in business center for those of us who don't lug around computers.

The hotel was great in terms of comfort and style.
I did not appreciate the extra parking charge of $37.00.
I felt the property was beautifully detailed and our room was just what I expected. The view was great as well as the food perks for our room level. The issue is that we had no idea that we would not have parking included as we always have in the past with other properties. I tried to resolve this with the front desk manager who indicated that he does have control over the parking rates during a gust stay but refused to make any adjustments even though the room we had booked generally includes parking. In addition, I did explain that my wife is legally blind and this was a safety concern. There was nothing done to change the situation. I found that extremely poor considering that I have worked in high-end hotel for almost 10 years myself. I did not appreciate having to get up at 6:45 am in order to move our car into an early bird parking and avoid a ticket. I feel the manager could have agreed to the $11.00 rate we paid in a different lot being that he had the power to do so in his own words. read more

It was modern, clean, and well-priced for the quality.
The parking was really expensive.
I really liked the hotel, it is in a great area and very clean. The price was also very acceptable. The only negative things were room service prices and and parking prices. You will spend at least $35 on parking if you stay even one night.

Extremely friendly and helpful front desk person.
Generic modern business hotel - did not have a local feel.
A very nice clean modern hotel well suited for business travelers. Since we went as tourists, I was a bit disappointed it didn't have a more local Seattle feel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
