Kitchen and the easy chair was nice at the end of the day.
The freeway noise was loud.
It was centrally located, clean, staff was friendly, and well worth the money. If you want a place to stay that is affordable because you are there for more than the hotel itself, this is the way to go!

Close to relatives.
To close to freeway. Location is pretty hidden and hard to get to from some directions.
It was alright if your only sleeping there. Has nothing more to offer than sleep.

Next to dining and sound transit.
First room we got was extremely dirty had not been even cleaned.
It was good for the price we paid and close to dining and light rail!

I thought that it was great that they had a full kitchenette in the room.
I was disappointed that there wasn't any shampoo in the bathroom, and they were out at the front desk.
This is a great place to stay for travelers who aren't looking for much more than a place to sleep for a couple of days. It is nice that there is a full kitchenette in the room for those travelers that need to stay longer. For the money, I would definitely stay there again. The staff was friendly, but if you get there after 11, you have to use a phone on the wall to call I don't know where, and those people call the staff that are working so that you can check in to the hotel. That wasn't fun. Overall, though it was clean enough and I slept OK on the bed, even though it isn't the top of the line bed. read more

Could not get the phone to work.
Safety lock was minimal, the mattress pad was thin and sheet/blankets very minimal. Front desk service was friendly.

Staff.
Our room key did not work. We both went down to get different key and the staff had to open door with a regular key because there was no other keys. It was cold standing outside we just went into that room. We were offered a different room but all of our things were already outside of this room and we did not want to have to go back down to the desk. When we got into the room the TV remote did not work and since I do not own a credit card, the telephone was turned off so we would have to use our cell phones to call the desk. We were so tired and frustrated and it was late we just made the best of it. read more
