The bedding in the rooms were very nice.

Excellent experience and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and rooms. I really appreciated the choice of soft or firm pillows. I would definitely stay there again.

TV was too old need to upgrade and the coffee in room is poor.

Overall it was nice hotel to stay in downtown Seattle, excepted the TV was too old need to upgrade and more channel.

Very clean and beds had white sheets! Felt like home!
Someone kept putting notes on my car that I parked in hotel's garage telling me how my parking was: good job, much better, so-so.

I liked hotel very much! Good location for the price. The only thing I did not like someone kept putting notes on our and other people's cars rating their parking ability, like: good job parking, much better, and so on.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Seattle. The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Bare bones for 3-star. No pool or WiFi in-room, WiFi in lobby, but not much of a lobby. $10 parking.

No pool. WiFi only in small lobby, no on-site restaurant. $10 parking charge. Felt more like a 2 1/2 star hotel.

We liked the price and the location.

It was a bit generic but for the price we were pleased with what we got. Seattle in general is clean, attractive and friendly. Our hotel reflected the city.

Elevator having issues, receptionist blaming visitors.

Central and basic. Customer service was not very good. When something went wrong, tried to make it better by offering coupons for breakfast. This wasn't really the fix that was needed.
