Loved the fact that the breakfast offered more than waffles and cereal.
Room was a bit too warm.

The hotel was quite convenient to walking downtown, and to the bus line that brought us from home in Tacoma. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a couch for watching TV. Definitely would stay again.

Hard to come up with something, maybe the hair drier cord was a little short, hard to use.

Got to love every little thing about this hotel. Location, front desk staff, complimentary shuttle and one of the nicer complimentary breakfasts in Seattle. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless and very comfortable not to mention very spacious. Being a student I found the Starbucks on-tap 24/7 to be a nice touch. I'll definitely stay here again. read more

Great location close to convention center.
Low flow faucets are atrocious.

This is a nice, clean and conveniently located hotel. It has been recently upgraded - however, as part of that upgrade they also installed low flow faucets and low flow shower heads. If you ever hated the automated sensor based faucets that barely spray water on your hands when you are trying to wash, this is what you are getting here - on the faucet and on the shower head! It is absolutely atrocious. read more
