The check-in process did not go well. It took at least 30 minutes and several phone calls for the front desk to get me a room. The room I was given was not cleaned, or else it was already occupied, I'm not sure which. The next room would have been okay, except the mattress was not very comfortable and the sheets felt as if they were not dried completely. Actually this hotel used to be a Ramada Suites which we stayed in a few years ago and it was a "dump". Even though the rooms were updated by Baymont, I still had the same feeling about it and I do not like outside door access. I'm not sure where the suites comes in either. I don't know that there are any suites in the place.

Excellent place to stay. Will definitely stay there again. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom vanity area was pretty great (plenty of room and a lot of light). The in-room jacuzzi was very accommodating and relaxing. And it was only a walk away from the casino that had an amazing dinner buffet!

The hotel is on a busy street and it was hard to get in and out. The room felt dirty because the walls were dirty. We could hear the people in the rooms next to us. For the price I expected it to be nicer. The continental breakfast was ok; they did provide sausage and waffles along with the usual fair. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good for the price. We would have felt more welcome if the reception desk attendees who were standing right there (one made eye contact then looked away, and the other had her head bent down), with no bell to ring to get attention, would have noticed us standing at the desk for several minutes. We had to make noise to be noticed.
