Large room, comfy beds, many varied pillows to choose from, clean, controllable air-conditioning, friendly staff, great continental breakfast.
Work out facility was too warm, but they were working on that.

We had a nice clean room. Beds had thick mattress with numerous pillows to choose from. Good to have a refrigerator in the room. Shower was very pleasant with bowed-out curtain holder. The sinks were in the main part of the room. Air-conditioning was easily controllable. 6-9 AM continental breakfast area was clean, ample and tasty with healthy choices too. Exercise room had combo weight machine, treadmill, bike and elliptical. Air-conditioning was not working, but they were trying to fix it. Pool and hot-tub area appeared clean, but air was muggy. They also had a small fenced outdoor patio area off the poolroom. It was within the view of some of the rooms. Staff was courteous and helpful. read more

Professional staff, clean, close to city center.

The front counter person was knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold food. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to other people looking for a place to stay in Walla Walla.

Great location, nice sized room.
There were a lot of families with children staying at the hotel and they could be heard from the hallways early and late at night.

Big, comfortable room. Better than average breakfast.
Only problem- noisy toilet valve-probably disturbed neighbors.

Very comfortable place to stay. No smoking hotel was a plus. Decent breakfast. Exercise facilities somewhat limited, but adequate. We would definitely stay here again.

Hot baked cookies in the evening.
Breakfast was a little sad in terms of offering.

This hotel was perfect for our needs: relatively inexpensive, clean, quiet and easy to find.

Had a refrigerator. Room air conditioning was excellent. Early check in.
Creepy elevator. No ramp for luggage cart by front door. Expensive wine. You get the picture.

It is a nice room. Fairly quiet. Staff is friendly enough staff.
