The staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful.
The elevators need maintenance (appearance and function).

The hotel is showing its age, and there are some glaring "needs maintenance" items (trim in the elevators, for example). That said, the staff is helpful, friendly, and kind. If you are using the hotel as a place to sleep, not as a place to be, you'll hardly notice the problems. I enjoyed my stay, and left a note to that effect with the management. The location (2.5 blocks from Town Center mall) is good, too. read more

Good location, great price.
Refrigerator and microwave could be nice.

Hotel was nice and at a good price. The staff was friendly and even when we left the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, we would come back to find a bag of fresh towels etc. on the door for us. Food was good and the bar was well stocked. Decorations were nice for the Holidays.

The fact that we left.
The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom smelled like sweat.

Holiday Inn needs to renovate this hotel immediately. I couldn't sleep because the hotel was so disgusting. I was woken up several times because of the smell of smoke seeping into our room due to people smoking in the stairwell. We didn't even take a shower in the morning because the bathroom was so dirty.

The decor, the bathroom and my overall impression of this hotel is that it is older and there hasn't been many improvements. Compared to the other 3 star hotels, this hotel is definitely lacking.

I ordered room service, the guy barged in room, we weren't dressed!

Hotel is very clean, friendly staff, and easy location to get to, a great place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable
I could doors opening and shutting all night.

I called a day before I left to confirm my reservation and the telephone staff person was not friendly at all. When I arrived to check in, the staff was beyond friendly and overly helpful. The room was nice and the facility was very nice.
