The long black hair on the sink.

Desk staff was very friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The lobby computer was fairly fast. Liked that there was fresh coffee in lobby and refrigerator, ironing equipment and microwave in room.

Location, ease of getting around.
It was an ok place - there was nothing not to like.

The room was adequate, good location, continental breakfast was very good. The staff was genuine and helpful.
