The room was spacious, the location near the pool was excellent and the staff was helpful.
The room did not have enough wash cloths, and we could not figure out how to turn on the lights near the bed.

All in all, the motel was excellent. The house keeping staff should double check the room after cleaning to make sure the room is stocked with everything, wash cloths, soap, etc. I would go back to the same motel on my next visit to Eau Claire. Also when we paid our bill the bill was less than we expected! That was a pleasant surprise. Thanks Priceline!

We checked in, saw the room and checked out within 15 minutes. But, somehow, we were charged a $15.00 late checkout fee.

The front of house staff was accommodating her husband and children when I arrived and appeared too busy to help me when I approached the desk. The coffee maker in the room was dirty. The bathroom shower appeared stained.

It was close to the University Wisconsin Eau Claire campus.



The public areas were in poor repair. Key card did not open outside entrance. Pool closed. Exercise room locked. Public areas poor maintenance.

Nice big room. Right next to Red Lobster, Shopping and Kwik Trip
The crabby lady at check out. The other people were nice.

Nice low key hotel. Down to earth. If you request something special they will try to accomate. Close to shopping, food, gas station and hospital.
