The cleanliness and decor of the room. Free breakfast was great. The pool and the hot tub were very clean.
Pool water a bit cool.

The entrance and overall outer appearance of the hotel was very inviting. The counter person
was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was nicely furnished and very attractively decorated for the season. The rooms were great and the free breakfast was varied and good!

24 hr pool and hot tub was excellent.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Picked this hotel because it has a pool and hot tub that was open 24 hours daily. Not many hotels offer this. The complementary breakfast was excellent.

Room decor could be slightly less rustic.

Excellent hotel - we were treated very well, were given an option regarding which floor we'd prefer, the breakfasts were well-stocked, the cookies were excellent. This was a wonderful hotel.
