Pool and the breakfast.
Small, no sliding glass door on balcony, just a winter door.

The hotel is nice. We didn't get a romantic room so I can't comment. The double queen we did get was typical of an economy room. No wireless internet, only by ethernet wired. Not much room to open a cot. Room was clean but unless you like sitting in the lobby you won't feel great about it.

Two people in room, one bar of soap.

The outside of the hotel is very rustic and looks like a log cabin or chalet. The reception area follows suit well. The rooms are rather plain compared to the rest of the hotel.

Much nicer than expected - clean no smoking - no pets.

The week before my stay here I stayed for two nights at the Marriott - Magnificent Mile . I'd rather stay here.

Clean, courteous and family friendly.

This hotel was located and was one of the best one there. I would highly recommend this location to everyone visiting the local area.

The overall appearance.
The pool was cold.

The Lodge was great although the pool was cold so I spent more time in the hot tub. Customer service was great.

Warm and very clean, friendly staff and very quiet.
The wireless was not working very well, the front desk did not know how to fix the problem, but did offer hardwire to connect to the internet.

Nice hotel. Comfortable with rustic atmosphere. The continental breakfast was good, might want to do a bit better with the coffee (little weak). We had a fireplace in our room. Wonderful!

Non-smoking in entire building, very clean & woodsy atmosphere.
The king size bed was not very comfortable.

Great place to stay in Ladysmith.
