Stickiness on kitchenette floor and hairs on vanity!

Great location and convenience to belt line highway as well as Madison west businesses. Somewhat quiet and comfortable. No frills lodging. Recommend to check your room, including bedding, for cleanliness before unpacking your items.

Extended Stay America offers economy studios for people staying more than a couple days.

Horrible service, ugly rooms, confused staff, decor of 70's era mental hospital.

Hands down, the worst hotel experience in 10 years of steady travel. first off waited in the vestibule outside the lobby (lobby was locked) for 45 minutes waiting for someone to show up to let us in to our room. As for the location , it is convenient to somethings I am sure but not downtown Madison where we were told it was by.

didn't like anything about this hotel!
I can't think of one thing I liked about the hotel. I left the place as soon as I saw the room! Never going there again!

The hotel room I got was just a disappointment. Everything about the room needs an upgrade, badly! I told everyone about the place so they didn't have to go through what I went through.

Continually clogged toilet was never resolved.

As a simple place to shower and sleep this is a great option. The kitchen is great for longer stays (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, counter space) - really nice to be able to keep and cook food if so desired. The space is super functional but I wouldn't have wanted to spend a lot of time there just lounging around.

I will stay at this hotel again. It was very clean. Everything worked, although the tv remote's battery life was low (told desk as I was leaving).

It was quiet. No kids running around. Got our sleep needed.
Nothing we did not like.

This hotel was great for the business traveler. Clean, quiet, and had enough parking spaces.

The facilities, good located.
The smell was horrible. (cigarette)

Its a good hotel, the only bad thing is that in the hall close to our room and in the room was smelling weird, like smoking or so.
