Poor service.
Bathroom counters had not recently been clean - some brown specks (scattered over counter (maybe coffee but can't tell). When I called front desk, they said a manager would return my call - never happened. Huge spider cracks in bathroom sick and bathroom door wouldn't shut completely. Poor lounge service. Will never use this hotel again - a big disappointment.

Only option was a smoking room! Room was dirty and stunk.
Large hotel was fully booked with bus loads of travelers. Reception area stunk of fried fish that was not fresh. The hotel is seedy and unkempt. The take it or leave it attitude of the staff when I was offered a smoking room as an only option was offensive. I did not feel safe.

Being a first timer I expected some check-in/out problems but everything went great.
We were impressed by the staff, everything went very smooth, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast they served in the morning was second to none. Overall, it was one of the best travel values we have experienced.

Front desk woman was delightful at 5:30 am, I thought she just came on but was at the end of her overnight shift, attitude is a choice!
Hallyway to our room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking.
Clean, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

Plenty of parking.
We were greeted by two front desk persons verbally sparring and stating they "were going to take it to the parking lot!" Not exactly the type of welcome one expects. Once the arguing stopped, we were then informed that the 3:00 p.m. check-in was delayed until after 4:00 p.m. because, we had a full house last night and the cleaning staff is too lazy to clean the rooms!

Breakfast.
Very confusing with entrances and no fan in the bathroom, also the wallpaper was coming off the walls.
This hotel was nice to stay at and very clean and convenient but you could tell that it needed a little updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off the walls and there was no fan in the bathroom, if there was that would solve the problem with the wallpaper.
