Location to Lambeau Field.
Was promised Non Smoking Room, was given nasty smelling smoking room.

Called and confirmed that I would receive a non-smoking room, once I arrived (albeit it was late due to the late ending of the Bears/Packers Game) I was forced to take a smoking room. It was disgusting. Staff was unhelpful. Do not recommend.

They had a nice breakfast.
No pool.

Good price for the area. Relatively clean and nice furnishings. It did have a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

The breakfast was good.
The room we had smelled of cigarette smoke.

The room I reserved was a non-smoking room but when we arrived, the front desk clerk stated that we had a smoking room. I had made the reservation on Saturday August 11th but she maintained that I had made it "this morning"- (Saturday August 18th). She stated that an ozone machine was in the room, and this would "take care of the smoke aroma", however it did not. We were very dissatisfied with this room. We were so surprised with the way we were treated that we did not ask for another room. read more

Charging for a safe I did not request or use.

The accommodations were excellent as was the location. Charging for the safe was inappropriate and because of this I will not stay at anymore comfort inns!

Clean, cheap and basic breakfast included.
No frills and fitness room extremely limited.

This hotel is affordable, offers clean rooms, and provides a basic breakfast each morning. The fitness room offers a treadmill, rowing machine, and stepper; no weights. Recommended for those looking for a clean, simple hotel with no frills.

Clean pleasant.
Charge my card twice for hotel. Once I paid on price line and check out they charged me again. Still waiting for refund. Not happy this happen.

I paid twice for my hotel. I was trying to be economical instead paid for room twice. They are refunding my money but it takes time. This sticks in your head
