Josh front desk clerk.

The hotel only had 1 stairway open to get to the 2nd floor rooms. Front desk clerk did not inform us about it; he said he didn't know.....Will not be staying there ever again.....

Free muffin, coffee & juice the following morning was nice.
Cleaning chemicals were way too strong & gave me a headache, both lobby & room.

The room was not the type we reserved. The desk clerk told us they were fully booked & we could not change rooms. There was only one Kleenex in the box in the bathroom & when I went to the lobby to get another box, the desk clerk told a man he would guarantee him a room when he came back later that evening. I feel we were lied to. If we go back to Milwaukee we will look elsewhere for a motel. read more

I had no wireless internet connection. It continued for the whole day. Although, the staff tried to fix it. But, it didn't work out.

I personally feel. This hotel is worth it the amount they charge. The rooms were clean. Iron board was there. Coffee maker was there. Room heater was there and everything was working fine. The room was Hygiene as well. In the morning they served Breakfast which consisted of juice, coffee, muffins. The hotel staff was really supportive. The only problem I faced is the wireless connection was down. Although, the staff tried their best to fix it. They couldn't. Overall, I like to visit the hotel again in future for my trips. read more
