It was close to airport and fairly new.
Hair in the bath tub . The staff was not knowledgeable. Items in the room were broken and didn't work properly.

The room was wonderful and comfortable and the TV was huge!
The front desk staff was very unhelpful and rude.
I loved this hotel. The room was amazing and large, and everything looked very nice, clean, and new. I felt safe there as a single woman traveler. The staff, however, was very unhelpful and almost rude. After making me wait over 2 hours for the shuttle, there was never an apology or even a good attitude.

The recently remodeled all suite hotel had very attractive decor, close to airport with shuttle, breakfast was included, computer access in lobby.
No mini bar.
Very nice property, large rooms, modern decor. Convenient complimentary airport shuttle and continental breakfast with nice variety. Staff was proactive in accommodating me at check-in.

Room was good size with great sectional sleeper.
Would like to have had a full-service restaurant.
This is a recently remodeled hotel, and the room was beautiful. Although we didn't need the sleeper, the large sectional was great for relaxing and watching TV. We were disappointed that there was not a full-service restaurant; since we flew in, we ended up walking in a downpour to the Clarion Hotel a block away to get a nice dinner. The continental breakfast was adequate for our needs, although the selections were more limited on our second morning there. Overall a great place to stay. read more
