Conveniently located near WI Dells. Two ski hills, casino, Devils Lake State Park and Circus World Museum. Large indoor pool and recreation area. 25 min. from Madison. All rooms offer free wireless high speed internet, microwave and refrigerator. Free passes to Riverview Park & Waterworld are available at front desk. Amusement ride cost extra, some restriction apply. Valid through September 5th 2009. Pet charge: 10.00 per night per pet. Pet limit: 2 pets maximum 60 pounds per room. Location and amenities.

The hotel was easy to find after a long day of driving, located right off the interstate. Good complimentary breakfast selections, clean room, and quiet.

Small apartment feeling rather than dorm-room. Pleasant staff. Clean atmosphere.
Door did not close completely when released to close. Potential security risk.

The staff, atmosphere, rooms, and continental breakfast were all excellent for the level of hotel. It is as the name implies comfort. It's not overly posh and not under-whelming. It's the perfect balance for the average middle-class family.

The hotel was clean and quite at night for quality sleep.

The hotel was great for the price. It was beyond our expectations. The room was spacious for our family of five and most importantly the location was close to everything. The noise level at night was quiet for a quality sleep.

Very family friendly and excellent pool area. Great location away from the Dells and quiet for all visitors.

I liked the room.
I did not like the cold showers.

I informed the staff of a cold shower at night, and they told me it was fine, then in the morning it was still cold and they informed us of a water heater that was out, they could have known that the night before if they would have listened it to me.

We were impressed. The hotel was new, fresh, modern, clean, beautiful lobby, pool, with nice complementary breakfast.
There was nothing not to like.

The appearance of the hotel is nice. Everything looks brand new! For our family of 6 we had a room with 2 queens and a pull-out couch w/ microwave and refrigerator. The room was spacious and comfortable. Make sure you get directions. We drove into Portage looking for the hotel, only to find out Comfort Suites is situated on the interstate, 5 miles outside of Portage.
