Grounds and room were clean, fairly new, good security coming and leaving.
Sparse breakfast, no shampoo. 1 bar soap, 2 towels for 2 persons, small rooms.

The hotel was quiet and conveniently located to restaurants. Nice grounds and hotel was clean. The breakfast was too sparse for us plus there was only 1 bar of soap and 2 large towels in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but not the pillows, at least for us. The price was reasonable.

spacious, clean,friendly, helpful,I liked having a refrigorator in the room.
not close to where we needed to go. Traveling to Chicago the next day.

The hotel was very nice. The best we stayed at in our trip out west. We were on our way home from out west, we had a long drive from Rapid City SD that day. The hotel was very comfortable, but we realized how far it was from Chicago and we would be spending a couple of days there and wanted something closer. This is why we cancelled our second night. We wish we could have moved this hotel closer to Chicago! read more

Clean and crisp, great location, good value.
Could offer a more expansive breakfast.

This hotel is one of my favorite chains, ths is one of the best deals in Racine, the rooms are very crisp and clean. The location is great across from the mall and great eats also it is a very short distance to the lake and downtown like 5 minutes away, there is no reason i see not to enjoy this hotel in this great lake tour city! Enjoy I sure did.

The price was OK.
The bed sheets were not changed the was hair and other things like food crumbs in the bed.

The toilet seat was in bad shape and the sheets where not changed as there was evidence that someone else had been in the bed. When I went to check in they did not have me in the system.

The blanket had a burn hole in it.

Price Effective - An excellent value.
Could have a bit more in rim storage.

A great value. Clean, included light continental breakfast, free long distance & local calls, free high speed wireless internet, a wide selection of cable channels. I would highly recommend.
