Our 2-story, exterior design offers 18 comfortable guest rooms featuring free local calls, HBO, in-room coffeemaker, hairdryer, microwave and mini-fridge. All guests are welcome to our complimentary continental breakfast, free morning newspaper, and fax/copy services located in our front lobby. Our beautiful property is just one mile to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls campus which is just 3 blocks from downtown River Falls. We are a few blocks from excellent fishing, 1/2 mile for winter snowmobile trails, and have 3 golf courses located within 2 miles. Clean room and okay for attractiveness.
No TV, place looked embarrassingly shabby.

In this day and age it's the bottom of the barrel as a 1 star.

The room had all the necessary amenities - coffee maker, microwave & fridge. Room was immaculately clean.
Office had an obnoxious scent of Lysol spray. The shower was not very powerful.
