The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and had a surprisingly un-economy-hotel-like feel to it!
A pipe behind the wall of the shower was busted and leaked water around the shower stall and under the carpet.

I work in the hospitality industry and my office is in one of Chicago's most renowned luxury hotels. I have a constant nagging desire to compare where I travel to where I work, so though no place really stacks up in my mind, it's easier for me to see the bright spots. I booked at this hotel because almost no other Sheboygan/Sheboygan Falls properties had availability, and I was pleasantly made ashamed of what a snob I am! The lobby is quaint and pretty, the room was clean looked to be given a recent modern country face lift, and the staff was efficient and helpful. Besides the plumbing issue (which wasn't really troublesome, as there was only a small puddle next to the stall and under the carpet in the doorway) I couldn't have asked for more. Staff was extremely accommodating. Room very clean.
Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay.

Location was good for our purposes. Hotel was very clean, staff was very accommodating and worked with us for the perfect golf weekend.

It was quiet.
Pool room was musty smelling.

Staff was using internet in lobby when we arrived. Made it uncomfortable if we wanted to use it. Things were neat, but not clean. Mattress was hard and lumpy. Breakfast was good and dining area was nice. Whenever we went to front desk, we had to look for assistance, no one was readily available.

The room was clean and the price was reasonable. Continental breakfast met our needs. Staff was friendly.
Pool decking was very slippery and not enough towels provided at the pool.

The hotel staff was excellent.
It was a nice hotel but it was an older one.

the hotel is nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. This is an older hotel but I think it had been upgraded some. Seemed like the beds were new.

The owner went out of his way to be nice to me.
The lack of air conditioning is stifling.

This place is under renovation and needs an upgrade. The breakfast was abysmal and room only adequate.
