Nothing.
Dirty, rundown, falling apart, no pool as advertised, drafty, faulty shower, party in halls all night.
We were very disappointed in this hotel. They advertise pool and hot tub but have neither. Even the billboard outside the hotel advertises pool and hot tub. Pictures must be twenty years old when building was new. Hotel is very rundown, screens falling off windows, half the light bulbs were burnt out, holes in walls, shower falling apart, drafty through broken window. Property was grown up in weeds, and trash. Staff was friendly during the short time it took to check in. read more

Room was not clean and shower was falling apart.
Attempted to call the hotel for directions and inform them I was going to be late for check in and got no answer. When I did finally find the hotel and mentioned the phone issue to the desk lady she said oh we know you are not the first to tell us about this.

Easy to find and close to highway.
The pool and hot tub were not in operation.
This hotel appears to be older than others, but did have clean room with clean sheets. The hot tub and pool were out of commission until further notice. That told me that nothing was being done at that time to repair it. The hotel did have a continental breakfast. We were able to quickly check in and out and continue on our way.

Great price, friendly staff.
Bathtub.
I was apprehensive about the hotel because of the price, however, I was quite surprised. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay there again should I have the need.

Right off interstate.
Way overpriced, could have had super 8 with better qual.
I usually go with cheapest rates, but decide this time to spend a little more, and get one with a pool. Pool was green(should be blue) and you could smell musty water stain as soon as you walk in. It was worth about 45-50 instead of the 75.

Felt friendly, very clean sheets and towels.
Lobby and halls smells. Carpet stained.
The pool didn't seem very clean and clear, the breakfast was sparse pickings, the staff was okay. I heard trains many times during the night. I stayed at a lovely place the following night.

Poorly maintained.
This is an old, tired, poorly maintained motel. The property is located directly next to busy highway and railroad tracks. This was probably a nice place in 1980 but it doesn't look like there have been many upgrades since. Light bulbs burned out, WiFi didn't work, hot tub not working in addition to terrible bedding. Not good, would not stay here again.

Convenient access to freeway.
Items in the room seemed to be gathered from other hotels/miscellaneous sources.
It was ok, not great. Clean but older/shabbier. Internet access did not work in room, but in lobby only. Thank god Cheyenne is small, because there was nothing to do close by the hotel and we had to drive into town. Staff was semi-friendly, but not professional looking/acting at all.
