Great location and nice lounge to hang out in.
The hotel was great. Exactly what we had hope for during our trip to Jackson. Hot breakfast was a huge plus and tasted great. Hotel was decorated nicely in the TV lounge area and the beds were comfortable. I traveled quite a bit so I was not usually all that impressed with most 3 star hotels, but this one was well worth the price and exceeded my expectations in almost every way. read more

The swimming pool and the Jacuzzi tubs.
Horrible customer service!
This hotel has the potential of being great if only they had better staff that spoke English. The amenities are great just hope that you don't have any problems where you would need to talk to the front desk staff.

Nice hotel, good amenities, helpful staff, good continental breakfast, nice decor.
A little pricey for what you get.
This is a very nice hotel with quaint features and decor that remind you that you are in the beautiful Jackson Hole area.

Hotel rooms were large and the indoor/outdoor pool was great for kids and the breakfast was good for families.
Hotel staff, check-in and bell person were not very friendly and seem to react negatively to the low price paid.
Getting past the concerns with the check-in sort of rude, the hotel itself is great for families and though not being in the center of town it is close by. A good three star hotel but because of minor issues and staff attitude definitely keep it from being a four star.

Loved the "rustic" themes very appropriate to the area.
Would like more movie channels.
Our hotel experience was very good. The kids loved the Jacuzzi and the pool. The hot continental breakfast was also very good.
