Great hotel for the price! Heater wasn't working, but the staff took care of it right away. The decor was updated and clean. Great place to stay!

Great hotel for the price.

For the amount I paid, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. First off, the location couldn't be better; it's right off the interstate. The room was bigger than I thought and looked nice and clean. The continental breakfast was good (great waffles!) and the staff I spoke with were very helpful and friendly. Overall, an excellent hotel for the low rate!

I liked checking out, knowing i'll never return.
Very poor customer service.

The lady at the desk was rude. I'm pretty sure at least one of the housecleaning Hampers was stolen from the Ramada Inn down the road. It said Ramada Inn on it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, even as a joke.

Everything, only one lamp worked, TV remote didn't work and AC didn't work at all times.

It was dirty around the soda machines. The people accused my wife of not telling them about our dog. Exterior of the place was dirty. Trash everywhere. Rust stains around the bathroom faucet. It had a weird odor in the room. I will not recommend it to anyone.
