Hotel Guest Reviews of the Valley Park Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location.
Mold in the shower, room was rundown, and smelled bad.

This falls more in the Motel category.

The rooms were large and had a small kitchen and the jacuzzi bath was super nice.
Pretty close to a busy street but that's about it.

Perfect place to stay and affordable. I was going to the HP Pavillion to see PINK perform and it was close, there was even a bus that brought u there and the staff was great.

Provided both breakfast and dinner.
Pillows were flat; noisy since right on Steven Creek Blvd.

Clean and staff was helpful.

Checking out!
Checking in. Stains on the carpet, no bath towels, jacuzzi didn't work.

I stayed at this hotel once before and found it to be OK. This time I was so appalled that I checked out the same day I checked in. I had to change rooms after finding blood stains and other black stains all around the first room. The second room was cleaner but looked dilapidated. Glass door missing from the cupboard, the jacuzzi tub didn't work, and there was insufficient towel supply. The customer service from Betty at the desk was the most unprofessional and rude I've ever experienced. I can go on but what's the hoping? ...read more

Very easy to deal with and would stay there again since it was so close to Santana Row.

I would stay there again and would recommend it to whoever needs to stay there for a one night or multiple nights.

Jacuzzi tub was nice. We have 5 children. We asked for a roll away bed and were told they didn't give roll away beds in the suites. We had to make a makeshift bed out of the chairs, one was on the floor and the others shared a bed. The kitchenette had a stove, fridge & microwave but no dishes that you could use.
