Excellent location, comfortable accommodation, and friendly staff.
Walls and floor in bathroom could have been cleaner.

This hotel is in a great location for leisure or business. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable - it was nice to receive an upgrade on our arrival. The roof top bar is a nice facility, and we enjoyed the use of the bikes.

Outstanding location in Charleston. Easy access to all points of interest.
Common areas and lobby were very small and not especially appealing.

Great location, friendly staff and very convenient to all points of interest. The free hot breakfast was very good also. The rooms were small, however and nothing special. The lobby and common areas were small and nothing special as well.

The ambiance is special.
Our room was quite small.

The Venue Inn (pronounced Vendoo) is charming. The decor is elegant and the staff friendly and helpful. Extra features included in the room rate were breakfast chosen from the menu, wine and cheese reception every afternoon and fresh baked cookies and milk at the reception area to be enjoyed before bed!
