The whole resort was beautiful and clean.
We had a strange odor in our first room so they kindly moved us to a better one.

I know the beach is federal property in front of the resort and we were not there during peak tourist season, but the beach was very dirty and unappealing so we stayed at the pool. The gov't. Or the resort needs to clean up all the plastic, etc. so it looks much more attractive. Otherwise, the facility was excellent.

Listen to music while sit on the whirlpool.
Lobby too hot and no air condition.

We like the view of the beach.

Beautifull beach view.
No activity.

It is a nice hotel for comforttable price. The food price for event not worth the money.

Located by the beach.
Room did not have ocean view, too early closing for swimming pool!

Great location, by the beach but no view to the ocean and they close down the swimming pool by 10 pm too early if you ask me!

The people were extremely nice and helpful!
They have a mandatory cleaning fee for the staff. It's a tip, that's mandatory!

This hotel is in need of a remodeling. The rooms have a musty smell, which is typical of rooms in high humidity areas if they are not used that often.

Convenient, friendly, helpful, clean and a great spa.
Nothing.

Hotel is in a super location, is a lovely property with three great pools for whatever you want to do. Great activities for all who want to participate and restaurants are good. Staff is great and very helpful.

Very central. Room service affordable and DELICIOUS. All staff very friendly with exception of check in staff.
TIMESHARE salespeople.

I loved our visit here! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Julio at the pool was the BEST! We will definitely go back and I have no desire to try anywhere else.

Repsonsive staff.

This is essentially a big resort hotel in Mexico, so everything is set up to try and make sure you never leave the resort or only use their services.

Nice, clean hotel with plenty of things to see and do. Right on the beach.
They try and sell you timeshares in it. Hey it's Mexico after all!

The hotel was a quality resort in a super location in PV, three pools with all sorts of activities if you wanted to participate. Quiet and well staffed. Rooms had a mini kitchen with great utensils to cut down on dining cost if you wish.

Nice amenities, pleasing decor.
Room location off the beaten path with no view of anything. One of just a few rooms that are not at least poolside.

Large, friendly resort in the hotel zone. Close to convenient grocery shopping, but not near much as far as great restaurants or culture. Easy bus access. Lovely groomed tropical grounds. Friendly staff. Efficiency style units small and minimally equipped.
