Too far from the centro.

For a business traveler, this hotel may have advantages. For a leisure traveler, it was too far away from the historical center of Guadalajara.

Clean hotel with friendly staff.
Slow elevators.

I would highly recommend this hotel for leisure travel. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bell captain spoke fluent English, provided excellent service and made great recommendations on tours etc. The hotel was immaculate.
