It was close to a business
I was going to.
It was not the cleanest place
I have ever stayed at, bad stains on the carpets in the rooms.
The lobby was very unprofessional as was the front desk clerk. The rooms were just plain dirty, the swimming pool was green with fungus and half full, was not a pretty site to see coming out of your room.

Nothing, but the people did try to serve even thought they aren’t' professional.
Very dirty.
We checked into our room and the bathroom had not been cleaned since the previous guests, hair everywhere and when they did come to clean again, they still left hair behind and had not rinsed out the bath tub. Could be an okay place to stay a night if they would teach how to keep things clean.

The location was convenient to IU and downtown Bloomington.
Dirty, toilet broken, hot water takes 20 minutes, non-smoking room smelled of smoke.
I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone, even those looking for a budget hotel. The Travelodge across town is as inexpensive and much nicer. While it was in a decent part of town, the back parking area is completely secluded and does not feel safe. Definitely do not go there if you have an allergy or sensitivity to cigarette smoke.

Much better than most Econo lodges - staff was very accommodating.
Exterior needed cleaned up - a lot of weeds - looked overgrown. It did a nice hotel a disservice.
Was much cleaner and updated than most Econo Lodges or any two star hotels, for that matter. Beds were comfortable; the room was clean and neat. The exterior was fairly un kept - a lot of weeds and overgrown bushes. Was a contrast to the interior? The breakfast was of low quality as compared to other hotels at the same room rate.

Great value for an overnight stay.
Minimal staff, common areas was dated and dingy.
Check in was efficient but there were no maps to the room. Lobby was dingy and dated but my room was fine, a good value for a twin double nonsmoking on pool side. Continental Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, coffee, OJ, and your choice of a plain beagle or toast, not bad for the $! I had to make the coffee (no attendant) and turn on the overhead fans; it was hot in the dining area. read more

Convenience location.
No restaurant and no refrigerator in room.
It mentioned that wireless internet but I never get the signal for my notebook while I was staying there.

Location is very convenient to downtown Bloomington.
Sink and bath were in disrepair and not very clean.
Great for a short business stay. Conveniently located and easy to use as a hub for other activities around the area.

Nothing. It was dirty and I had to park 4 blocks from the hotel.
Everything. When I asked the clerk about a refund she basically laughed at me and told me that she couldn't help me.
This hotel is the worst I have ever been to. The service was very poor and unhelpful. The hotel has a club in it and there were 200 to 300 people in and around the hotel lobby/club. The rooms all around us were booked and full of partiers. The room was smelly and dirty. The furniture all had burn marks where people let cigarettes burn on them. The bed clothes were stained and unkempt. The bathroom was filthy and stained. The faucet leaked and was heard from the bed room. read more
