Staff, location, food were all excellent.
TV did not work until they worked on it for 1 hour.

Excellent. Normally I don't stay at W hotels because they are too expensive, but with PRICELINE, it was a great deal.

Would never stay in a W again, no one in this hotel has any idea what hospitality means, we had to ask several times for the toilet to be fixed, they would clean the room and not replace the towels, removed the robes from the room, we had to call 3 times to get glasses, the list goes on and on.

Full of loud drunks banging on doors in hallways all night long.

Beautiful decor in great location; unfortunately, the hotel is 90% drunk teens and twenty-somethings. The lobby is actually a nightclub with loud music all night long that is heard in the room. Could not sleep most of the night due to drunks in the hallway beating on doors and yelling all night. Hotel security and staff seem to tolerate this since is so commonplace.

No self-parking.

My husband and I loved this hotel, especially for the price. It is located right near Lenox Mall on Peachtree Street and the Buckhead MARTA station is in short walking distance. The decor and overall atmosphere of the hotel was very chic. My friends and I stopped by the Whiskey Blue rooftop bar and had a blast. However, you could hear the beats of the music if you were staying on a top floor. read more

Location was great. Property was very clean.
Parking.

Wonderful location! The property was very clean, and the staff was friendly. Parking is an issue. Unless you paid $30.00 per day to valet, you were required to park in a fee lot which required a long walk. Perfect place for those using mass transit as the MARTA is just across the street. The roof top bar is fun and provides a great view.
