Exciting atmosphere.
Small rooms.
Expect to pay $70 to upgrade to a room with double beds upon check-in. However, you can request a cot for no charge. The rooms are incredibly small for the price, and with the addition of a cot, you'll be tripping over yourself.

Fabulous building, magnificent staff, wishes came true.
The hotel was great.
The facility was fantastic. It was very hip and urban and cool. I was with friends and we had a blast. I probably wouldn't bring kids, because the room was a little on the small side for a family.

Clean room.
Extremely small room.
I cannot emphasis enough how surprised I was at the size of our room. They crammed a king sized bed in a room that should have a double. We were cramped in there. I had stayed at this hotel three years ago in a room with two queens and the room was spacious. So when we walked into our room during this visit I was shocked.

Trendy lobby. Tiny room. Helpful staff. Banging noise from heating/cooling system. Fixed one night, started again second night. We moved rooms.

I wasn't impressed with this hotel at all.
It is not a family hotel at all. It was like a nightclub when we walked in.
This hotel is not for those traveling with family. It was like walking into a nightclub with my two small children. I was put in was barely big enough for one person. Then the second room I was put in looked like a college dorm room and there was a loud party next door and we were moved again. Overall I was not impressed with this hotel at all and would not recommend staying there. read more

The location was perfect for our trip. The Bliss line of toiletries was nice as well. Very comfortable bed even though it was only a queen size.
Super small rooms, everything was had an extra fee attached ex. upgrading to a king size bed for $50.
The location was great. Very trendy with a very confusing lobby area. Rooms were very small - dorm room size small. The extra fees attached to just about everything made me a bit paranoid about touching/using anything in the room.
