Way overpriced snack fridge/ minibar.overpriced parking fee.
I enjoyed my stay very much. The service was awesome. The room was everything promised..

Staff was very very friendly and accommodating.
The pool was terrible, hot, dirty, not enough pool chairs, had to sit on pavement.
The hotel was in a great location, it
is in a busy area though so if a quite location is desired, this is not the hotel for you. Staff is great, very nice, pool was terrible - dirty, heated (which is crazy in such a hot place) and not enough chairs to sit in. Other than the pool hotel was clean, nice, small - has a nice courtyard.

The atmosphere was wonderful.
When we arrived the hotel it was wonderful. The room was amazing with the window opening up to take in the sounds of the French quarter. The staff was great.

Convenient location in the French Quarter. Courtyard area was very nice.
No coffee in the room. BR area was small. Too much public displays of affection among gay guests.
Convenient location in the French Quarter. However, for a hotel in N.O. to not be able to offer guests coffee after 9:30 AM (and not have a coffee maker in the room) is totally unacceptable. I had to walk down the street to a cafe to get coffee at 10:15 AM so I could bring it back to the hotel to have on the patio while I read the paper.

Hotel is in the heart of the French Quarters and is beautiful romantic surroundings. Loved the atmosphere.

Very soothing, relaxing, intimate hotel experience. Fresh rose petals were laid on the bed to complete the experience.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I loved the colors, the fragrances, the pool area with the individual cabaa's. I really loved how my man surprised me and had the staff lay fresh rose petals on our bed. That was so romantic and it was a perfect Birthday present. We can't wait to go back to your hotel! Thanks for a relaxing weekend.
