Prices at the lobby bar were outrageous. Too many cheap bars right there to justify those prices!

Very modern decor, poor lighting in rooms, beds uncomfortable, great location but I would never go back to a W Hotel.

Great location with cool and trendy decor.
Bar staff was a bit unfriendly.

Overall a very good experience. Perfect location within walking distance to Broadway theaters and Times Sq. attractions. Not the most affordable option for the NYC traveler, but the W came as advertise and didn't disappoint.

Very cool hotel in the center of all
T square and thats were we need to be and yet still classy very pretty lobby and room.

I loved the, it was romantic and fun. Staff was excellent. Location in crazy time square and yet still really beautiful. Very clean. Love the trendy lobby. Techno music great maybe alittle loud.

Very visually appealing - modern but still inviting.
The glass-walled bathroom is a bit unnerving.

The W Times Square made this middle-aged suburban mom feel cool, and the service is exceptional. Whatever, whenever!

The modern and funky designs along with the excellent care of the staff made our stay really enjoyable.
The material of the blankets were uncomfortable for both me and my husband.

The hotel is clean and chic and in a great location. The staff was friendly and the common areas were
