Shabby moldering carpets, scuffed furniture, view of air shaft.

It is an old, run down, shabby facility that is in dire need need of an overhaul. The carpets are worn-out, badly stained, and peeling up in places. Some areas of the hotel smell rank, like mildew and stale cigarette smoke. The back rooms look out into an air shaft.

Location, staff, restaurant, bar, and comfortable bed.
Flaking paint on ceiling in bathroom. Only one comfortable chair in the room and it needed to be replaced.

The Warwick has charm and character. We love older hotels like the Warwick that have an interesting history. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of so much - excellent.

The hotel was comfortable. However, the lobby was lacking in friendliness as well as comfort.

The staff was great and very helpful, lounge was great.
Had 2 double beds, most hotels have 2 queens.

I enjoyed my stay at the Warwick very much, great location. The staff could not have been more delightful. Would definately recommend hotel and Priceline.
