The staff was nice and the hotel room was spacious.
We were put into a room where someone had smoked.

The hotel is attractive and has nice on-site amenities and is near some nice restaurants. It is right by WVU's campus. The pool is heated and it has a great hot tub. We'll go back.

This hotel is gorgeous. The room was huge and beautiful. I have no negatives about the room or the staff. The staff very helpful.
The restaurant was way to expensive. The breakfast buffet was only $10 per person but was not very good.

Convenient location to restaurants and bars. Clean, nice facility.
We requested to use the shuttle during our stay, but we always got an excuse as to why the shuttle could be used etc..

It's a pleasant hotel with friendly staff. The 2 bars in the lobby both have a nice atmosphere. Good amount of room space that was clean.

CLEAN! Staff was fabulous - view was great.

It was all very clean and upscale. Room was spacious - I napped in a comfortable chair next to the window viewing the river. Went to the lounge for drinks and appetizers - staff was wonderful, food was great.

Restaurants were great as was the location in regards to the reason we were there.
Firealarms forcing evacuation both nights we stayed with no fire.

The hotel had a good location in regards to WV University. Plenty of parking was available. They had a great breakfast bar that was very reasonably priced. Nice fitness center, pool and hot tub. Very accommodating as our air conditioner was not working when we arrived to our room. A new upgraded room was given.

Pool, restaurant, immediate valet parking.
Bathroom amenities.

Valet met us immediately and took our bags to our room. The pool allowed our 4-8 year old swim for quite some time before having enough. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food and wine were fantastic.
