The front desk operators were very friendly and personable.
The continental breakfast left much to be desired.

The staff of the hotel was very personable but I definitely agree I got what I paid for. The only thing that did surprise me was the rather large refrigerator and microwave. I will keep this in mind next time I frequent this hotel.

The star rating of one is appropriate, I would stay here again.
The area is such that I would not walk out after dark.

This is not a luxury hotel but it was ideally placed near LAX and provided the accommodation we required at a fair price. The staff
was pleasant and helpful.

Spacious, with fridge and microwave. Free continental breakfast.
Looks old, gloomy and dark.

Good hotel for budget traveler. The bathroom is really big. The room is spacious too. Really close to the airport and any other hotels.

It was close to the airport.
It had cockroaches and bed bugs.

The bed in our room was covered in bed bugs, the pool had dead cockroaches floating in it, as well as around the pool deck. DISGUSTING!! When we called the front desk to tell them about it they denied it, said we were lying, and hung up on us. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
