Great for vacation.
Be aware. Too far from hotel and general Herndon/Reston area.
Overall, the hotel is great. It should have a separate location of this hotel and not include it in the Dulles area as it is far from the general vicinity of the Dulles/Reston/Herndon VA area.

Quiet, clean, comfortable.
Too far from Dulles airport - no airport shuttle.
Everything about this hotel is great except the fact that there is no airport shuttle. This was a problem for us and required us to either take a cab or rent a car. We decided to rent a car because it was cheaper. I've never heard of a hotel near an airport that doesn't have an airport shuttle!

It was beautiful and the staff was helpful fulfilling all of my needs.
The location was about 30 minutes from my appointments and the traffic during rush hour was stop and go.
This hotel is a beautiful. The staff was more then accommodating and always available. I would love to return for with my husband for an extended stay with time to enjoy the beautiful grounds and location.

Hard to find; $23 for airport shuttle!
Lovely hotel with gracious Georgian architecture. Formal rooms with lovely linens. Restaurant/Bar was small but great food and service.

Pillow and bed were of good quality.
No high speed internet service in the room.
This hotel was nice, but I was disappointed since it was a four star. There is no in-room high speed internet and no room service after around 11 pm.

The room was clean and spacious.
The gym was filthy and unsanitary. The equipment was old!
This hotel did not provide transportation to the Dulles Airport only 3.5 miles away, which is inconvenient for the business traveler. The fitness center was an afterthought. Placed in a distant basement room. The equipment there was unsanitary and were not regularly cleaned by staff. There were no sanitary wipes to clean off the gym equipment and all the equipment was outdated. I expected a more pleasant workout experience at a 3 1/2 star property. read more
