Fabulous location close to the Gas Light district.
This hotel did not have a pool or hot tub, which we like to use.

Great staff. Very friendly and courteous.
Hotel is old and seems past its prime.
Great staff and large rooms. Unfortunately, hotel is past its prime. I realize they're trying to maintain a semi-European feel, but the rooms need a thorough cleaning/remake and more attention to detail.

Nice location, very nice facility.
They thought a medium well burger meant just a little past raw.
The West gate is a very nice facility. Lots of time I'd be happy with a clean, well-lighted place, and the West gate far exceeded those minimum expectations. The staff were very personable, friendly and helpful. The folks at the front desk were always accessible and always helpful. The room was very clean and it was quite roomy and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. read more
