I appreciate the Starbucks coffee in the room.
Our room was small, cramped, dirty and had no refrigerator or microwave.

We were disappointed with our stay at the Westin. We were charged repeatedly for things we shouldn't have been, the room was dingy, the furniture was stained, and there was a surprising lack of any ammenities present. We should have just stayed at the Fairfield Inn!
