Atmosphere, modern, comfortable, great staff.

The photos matched the four star rating. It was absolutely great in every way. When I stayed at the Delta Chelsea Oct. 20 and 21 it was a great disappointment to have such a standard room, old everything, stained carpeting, not enjoyable atmosphere, not at all like the photos on website.

I was very impressed with the room. The bedding was wonderful and the room was clean and had good lighting. I am, however, disappointed that internet connection is not included as a service for their customers

Swimming pool was freezing cold. Would love to also have a hot tub.
